30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with this Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@nutricore.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Please contact us first to authorize the return. Refunds for authorized returns are issued to the original payment method once the item is received.
How to Request a Refund or Return
Email support@nutricore.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We respond within one business day and will guide you through the next steps.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our returns process above applies.
